Perspectives from the Alzheimer’s Association: Updates in Alzheimer’s Dementia Research, given by Dr. Maria Carrillo

“Easing Memory Loss”

Join us for the showing of the movie ”Alive Inside” & Free Dance Lesson.

This seminar begins with a showing of the powerful documentary “Alive Inside”, which explores the impact of music on individuals with dementia. The people in the film, who live with a wide range of cognitive and physical challenges, discover renewed joy through musical favorites. Afterward, Gerri Shapiro w/ Two Left Feet, will lead a lesson to help you build up your neural pathways.
